 The Thriving Leader Intensive is a 3-day live virtual certification experience designed to help leaders become 9 Essential Skills Certified Facilitators.

Participants will learn how to facilitate the framework, guide implementation, support consistent staff responses, and lead the skills with confidence inside their organization.
